What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Caring Transitions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee is dissatisfied with any portion of the Caring Transitions website, their sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the website. This means that franchisees cannot seek any other form of compensation or legal recourse from Caring Transitions for issues related to the website's performance, reliability, or suitability.

This clause also specifies that Caring Transitions will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use the website. This includes potential losses of data, profits, or any other damages resulting from security breaches or information obtained through the website. Even if Caring Transitions has been advised of potential damages, they are not liable.

This provision highlights the importance of franchisees understanding the limitations and potential risks associated with relying on the Caring Transitions website for their business operations. Franchisees should consider this when making decisions about their online marketing and customer engagement strategies, and potentially explore alternative solutions to mitigate these risks.
