What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Caring Transitions Franchise Disclosure Document excerpts, the specific section of the Franchise Agreement that details site selection and acquisition or lease of a location is not explicitly mentioned. However, Item 11 discusses office visits and telephone lines, implying the necessity of an office.

Item 11 states that Caring Transitions may visit a franchisee's office to provide operational support, referencing Franchise Agreement § 7.19. Additionally, franchisees must have a telephone line for incoming client calls. While these sections imply a physical office space, they do not elaborate on the site selection process or lease terms.

Therefore, prospective Caring Transitions franchisees should directly ask the franchisor about the specific requirements and guidelines for site selection, including any assistance or approval processes involved in acquiring or leasing a location. This information is crucial for understanding the initial investment and operational aspects of the franchise.
