What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Caring Transitions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, following the execution of the franchise agreement, Caring Transitions will provide the franchisee with a schedule of all equipment necessary to operate the franchised business. This is part of the assistance Caring Transitions offers to its franchisees.
In practical terms, this means that as a new Caring Transitions franchisee, you will receive a list specifying the equipment you need to start and run your business. This could include items such as office equipment, software, or any specialized tools required for providing transition, liquidation, and moving management services.
Having this schedule upfront is beneficial for budgeting and planning purposes. It allows you to understand the initial investment required for equipment and ensures you have everything you need to operate the Caring Transitions franchise effectively. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, as franchisors typically provide guidance on necessary equipment and supplies to maintain brand consistency and operational standards.
