What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Caring Transitions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Caring Transitions retains the right to modify the training program. Specifically, Caring Transitions reserves the right to extend the hours of the training program. They can also require additional training or mandate that training be conducted online.
In addition to the initial training, franchisees are required to attend five days of on-site training at a regional location within 90 days of completing the initial training program. This on-site training is conducted by an experienced franchise owner. While Caring Transitions does not charge a fee for this on-site training, franchisees are responsible for covering their own expenses related to travel.
Caring Transitions also reserves the right to make additional training available to franchisees. This means that franchisees may need to budget time and resources for potential training extensions or additional training programs beyond the initial and on-site requirements.
