Does Caring Transitions have the obligation to designate a web page to describe the franchisee?

- (d) Franchisor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to designate one or more Web page(s) to describe Franchisee, the franchised business, and/or Franchisee's location, with any such Web page(s) to be located within Franchisor's Web site, or to provide Franchisee with a separate Caring Transitions Web site or page(s) for such purposes.
Franchisee shall comply with Franchisor's policies with respect to the creation, maintenance, and content of any such Web pages, and may be responsible for hosting such Web pages.
Franchisor shall retain ownership in and have the right, in its business judgment, to limit, reassign, and/or discontinue the content and/or operation of such Web site and Web pages.
- (e) Franchisor makes no representations about any Web site that it may provide or make available to Franchisee, including, without limitation, the Web site's suitability, reliability, or availability.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Caring Transitions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Caring Transitions has the right, but not the obligation, to designate one or more web pages to describe the franchisee, the franchised business, and/or the franchisee's location. Any such web pages would be located within Caring Transitions' website, or Caring Transitions may provide the franchisee with a separate Caring Transitions website or page for such purposes.
The franchisee must comply with Caring Transitions' policies regarding the creation, maintenance, and content of any such web pages and may be responsible for hosting them. However, Caring Transitions retains ownership of these web pages and has the right to limit, reassign, and/or discontinue the content and/or operation of such websites and web pages in its business judgment.
Caring Transitions makes no guarantees about any website it may provide or make available to the franchisee, including its suitability, reliability, or availability. This means that while Caring Transitions may offer a web presence, it is not obligated to do so, and the franchisee should not rely on any specific features or uptime of any website provided by Caring Transitions.
