Caring_Transitions Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
- (3) Provide you with access (via our intranet Web site) to a number of digital advertisements, layouts and images for use in various media, and a set of templates for business cards and stationery. (Franchise Agreement § 6.1).
Telephone Lines. You must have a telephone line for incoming calls from clients that must be answered by a live person or go to a central call center. The central call center line must be provided by a vendor that we have approved. You may use only this central call center number in your advertising, stationery, and business cards.
You may operate your franchise from an office in your home, provided that doing so will not violate any zoning or building code or other laws. You may also operate your franchise from rented office or warehouse space. Your office must be located in your territory unless your office is in your home and you live outside your territory, in which case you may not use your home address on your business cards or stationery or in any advertisements (including online and "help-wanted" ads)—you must maintain and use a business address in your territory and the telephone number for your franchise must be listed under that address.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Caring Transitions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the assistance they provide before you open your business, Caring Transitions will provide you with access to a set of templates for business cards and stationery via their intranet website.
Caring Transitions also mandates the use of a central call center number in all advertising, stationery, and business cards. This ensures consistency in branding and customer service. Franchisees must also maintain a local telephone line for outgoing calls, which can be procured from any telephone service provider.
Furthermore, if a franchisee operates their Caring Transitions franchise from home and lives outside of their designated territory, they are prohibited from using their home address on business cards or stationery. In such cases, they must maintain a business address within their territory, and the telephone number for the franchise must be listed under that address. This is likely to ensure that the business appears local to the territory it serves.
