This is a benefit to franchisees as it provides a starting point for marketing and branding efforts. Franchisees can utilize these resources to create consistent and professional marketing materials. However, franchisees are also free to use their own advertising material, provided that Caring Transitions approves it first.
If a franchisee chooses to use an advertisement that Caring Transitions has not provided or previously approved, they must submit it via email for approval. Caring Transitions will typically notify the franchisee whether the advertisement is acceptable within 30 days after they receive it. The approval of advertising will be made on a case-by-case basis using purely subjective criteria. This means that franchisees need to factor in this approval time when planning marketing campaigns and should be aware that approval is not guaranteed, as it is based on subjective criteria.
