According to Caring Transitions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for covering certain expenses related to the initial training program. While Caring Transitions will cover the costs for the instructors, training facilities, and training materials, the franchisee must pay for all other expenses incurred by themselves and their trainees.

These expenses specifically include, but are not limited to, the costs of travel, room and board, wages, and payroll taxes.
