- (k) Any and all data collected or provided by Franchisee, downloaded from Franchisee's Communication and Information System, or otherwise collected from Franchisee by Franchisor or provided to Franchisor, is and will be owned exclusively by Franchisor, who has the right to use the data in any manner without compensation to Franchisee.
Franchisee is hereby licensed, without additional compensation, to use such data solely for the purpose of operating the franchised business.
This license will automatically and irrevocably expire, without additional notice or action by Franchisor, when this agreement terminates or expires.
