What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Caring Transitions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Caring Transitions will provide franchisees with assistance via telephone, email, office visits, and web-based programs to the extent they deem necessary. In addition to these methods, Caring Transitions also has the discretion to provide franchisees with other materials, information, and assistance as they may deem necessary.
This means that while Caring Transitions outlines specific support methods, they also retain the flexibility to offer additional support as needed. This can be beneficial for franchisees who may require extra guidance or resources beyond the standard offerings. However, the extent and nature of this additional support are subject to Caring Transitions' discretion, which introduces an element of uncertainty.
Prospective franchisees should inquire about the types of additional materials, information, and assistance that Caring Transitions has provided to other franchisees in the past. Understanding the scope and availability of this discretionary support can help franchisees better assess the overall support system and potential benefits of joining the Caring Transitions franchise system.
