What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Caring Transitions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are not charged a fee to attend the on-site training program. Within 90 days of completing the initial training program, franchisees are required to attend five days of on-site training at a regional location conducted by an experienced franchise owner. However, Caring Transitions does not charge a fee for this on-site training.

While Caring Transitions does not charge a fee for the on-site training, franchisees are responsible for covering their own expenses. These expenses would include travel, lodging, food, and any compensation for themselves or their employees during the training.

Caring Transitions retains the right to make additional training available to franchisees. The FDD also states that Caring Transitions has the right to require additional training and charge a reasonable fee for it, although this does not apply to the on-site training described.
