What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Caring Transitions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Caring Transitions may require franchisees (or their designated individual) to attend refresher courses, seminars, and other training programs periodically. Caring Transitions has the right to charge a fee for these additional or ongoing training programs. The franchisee is responsible for covering all expenses incurred by themselves and their trainees. These expenses include, but are not limited to, travel costs, room and board, wages, payroll taxes, and any training fees charged by Caring Transitions.

This means that as a Caring Transitions franchisee, you should be prepared to budget for ongoing training costs in addition to the initial franchise fees and operating expenses. These costs can include the training fee itself, plus travel and accommodation for you or your designated individual. It is important to factor in these potential costs when evaluating the overall financial investment required to operate a Caring Transitions franchise.

Franchisees should inquire about the frequency and estimated costs of these additional training programs to better understand the potential financial impact. Understanding the content and benefits of these programs is also important to assess their value in relation to the associated costs. This will help in making an informed decision about the franchise opportunity and planning for future expenses.
