This Website Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement') is entered into by and between C.T. Franchising Systems, Inc. ("Franchisor" or "we"), and ("Franchisee" or "you").
RECITALS:
A. Under a franchise agreement (the "Franchise Agreement") executed concurrently with this agreement, we granted you the limited right to operate a Caring Transitions franchised business (a "Caring Transitions Franchise") using our unique business format, registered CARING TRANSITIONS® trademark, and other trademarks that we own.
B. We own one or more Websites, including, among others, www.ctbids.com and seller.ctbids.com (collectively, the "Website"), that we may make available for your use in connection with the operation of your Caring Transitions Franchise.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Caring Transitions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, C.T. Franchising Systems, Inc. owns one or more websites, including www.ctbids.com and seller.ctbids.com. These websites may be used by franchisees in connection with their Caring Transitions franchise operations.
Caring Transitions retains significant control over its web presence. While franchisees may be permitted to operate their own Caring Transitions websites, they must obtain prior written consent from the franchisor. Furthermore, any franchisee-operated website must link to the franchisor's website, and Caring Transitions has the right to demand changes to the content, appearance, and format of the franchisee's website.
Caring Transitions maintains the right to designate webpages to describe a franchisee's business and location within the franchisor's website or provide a separate Caring Transitions website or page for such purposes. However, the franchisor retains ownership of these web pages and can limit, reassign, or discontinue their content and operation at its discretion. Franchisees must comply with Caring Transitions' policies regarding the creation, maintenance, and content of any such web pages and may be responsible for hosting them.
Caring Transitions makes no guarantees regarding the suitability, reliability, or availability of any website it provides to franchisees and disclaims all warranties related to the website. The franchisor is not liable for any damages arising from the use or performance of any website. Additionally, Caring Transitions retains all rights to domain names containing its marks or relating to the franchised business, and franchisees are prohibited from registering such domain names in their own names.
