ISE AGREEMENT
| This Conversion Addendum to the Caring Senior Service Franchise Agreement ("Addendum"), dated as | |

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Caring Senior Service Franchise Disclosure Document, the Caring Senior Service Franchise Agreement can be modified through a Conversion Addendum. This addendum is attached to and made part of the Franchise Agreement and serves the purpose of modifying and amending the terms of the original agreement.
Specifically, the Conversion Addendum is used when existing in-home care businesses convert to a Caring Senior Service franchise. These conversion franchises may receive certain fee reductions as detailed in the Conversion Addendum, which is included as an exhibit to the standard Franchise Agreement.
Furthermore, a Development Addendum may be offered in certain circumstances to grant the right to acquire development rights for additional Caring Senior Service franchises in territories contiguous to the franchisee's assigned territory. The additional development territories are mutually agreed upon and included in the Development Agreement. If any discrepancy or conflict arises between the provisions of the Development Addendum and the provisions of the Franchise Agreement, the provisions of the Addendum will control.
