What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Caring Senior Service retains the right to hold periodic meetings or conferences with franchisees. These gatherings serve as platforms to discuss new service and product offerings, deliver supplementary training, and address other pertinent issues.
Attendance at these meetings may be mandatory for franchisees and designated personnel, such as Agency Directors, Homecare Consultants, and Care Managers. Caring Senior Service may charge fees for training materials and conference registration, which franchisees are obligated to pay regardless of actual attendance.
Furthermore, franchisees are responsible for covering all expenses related to conference attendance for themselves and their personnel. These costs encompass travel, lodging, meals, and wages. This ongoing support and training are typical in franchising, helping to ensure consistent service quality and adaptation to industry changes across all Caring Senior Service locations.
