If Caring Senior Service Franchise Partnership, L.P. offers you a franchise, it must provide this disclosure document to you 14 calendar days before you sign a binding agreement with, or make a payment to, the franchisor or an affiliate in connection with the proposed franchise sale. New York and Rhode Island require that we give you this disclosure document at the earlier of the first personal meeting or 10 business days before the execution of the franchise or other agreement or the payment of any consideration that relates to the franchise relationship. Michigan requires that we give you this disclosure document at least 10 business days before the execution of any binding franchise or other agreement or the payment of any consideration, whichever occurs first.
If Caring Senior Service Franchise Partnership, L.P. does not deliver this disclosure document on time or if it contains a false or misleading statement, or a material omission, a violation of federal law and state law may have occurred and should be reported to the Federal Trade Commission, Washington, DC 20580 and the appropriate state agency listed on Exhibit A.

Caring Senior Service must provide the disclosure document to you 14 calendar days before you sign a binding agreement with them, or make a payment to them or an affiliate in connection with the proposed franchise sale.
For franchisees in New York and Rhode Island, Caring Senior Service must give you the disclosure document at the earlier of the first personal meeting or 10 business days before the execution of the franchise or other agreement or the payment of any consideration that relates to the franchise relationship. For franchisees in Michigan, Caring Senior Service must give you this disclosure document at least 10 business days before the execution of any binding franchise or other agreement or the payment of any consideration, whichever occurs first.
This 14-day (or 10-day) review period is mandated by the FTC's Franchise Rule and various state franchise laws. It is designed to allow prospective franchisees adequate time to carefully consider the FDD and Franchise Agreement with the help of an attorney and financial advisor before making a final commitment. The Receipt for the FDD acknowledges that you have received the disclosure document and all agreements.
