For the purposes hereof, you shall be deemed to have irrevocably elected not to renew the franchise hereunder (and the option to do so shall thereupon terminate) if you fail to execute and return to us our then-standard Franchise Agreement and other ancillary documents required by us for a renewal, together with payment of our renewal fee, within thirty (30) days after we have delivered them to you.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Caring Senior Service Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must pay a renewal fee to renew their franchise agreement. To exercise the option to renew for three additional five-year terms, the franchisee must provide written notice to Caring Senior Service between six and nine months before the end of the initial five-year term.

To complete the renewal, the franchisee must execute and return Caring Senior Service's standard Franchise Agreement and any other required documents, along with the renewal fee, within 30 days of receiving them. Failure to do so will be considered an irrevocable election not to renew the franchise.

The specific amount of the renewal fee is not specified in this document. Prospective franchisees should confirm the renewal fee amount with Caring Senior Service directly, as it is a crucial factor in assessing the long-term financial viability of the franchise.
