What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Caring Senior Service franchisees must adhere to the franchisor's standards for all advertising and sales promotion materials. This includes using only approved signs and advertising media, which must be purchased from approved suppliers. Franchisees are responsible for the costs of installing and maintaining these signs.

Caring Senior Service establishes these standards to ensure uniformity, quality control, and to protect the brand's reputation, goodwill, and public acceptance. These standards and specifications are detailed in the Confidential Operations Manual, which franchisees must comply with. The franchisor can modify these standards at any time.

In practical terms, this means a prospective Caring Senior Service franchisee has limited autonomy in their advertising and promotional activities. They must use materials and suppliers approved by the franchisor, ensuring brand consistency but potentially limiting their ability to tailor marketing to local conditions or find cheaper alternatives. The franchisee bears the financial responsibility for signage and must remove and return signs to Caring Senior Service upon termination of the agreement.
