What is the purpose of the Caring Senior Service GreatCare® Audit?

Our GreatCare® Audit is an internal inspection process implemented to ensure that Franchised Businesses are operating in accordance with our Standards and specifications.
System Franchised Business owners have undergone specific training in order to conduct GreatCare® Audits at other Franchised Business locations.
A typical GreatCare® Audit takes up to three days to complete, after which the auditor will submit to us, for our review and approval, a completed audit form with a list of suggested corrections.
You will have 30 days to implement the corrections and to provide proof of such the correction, we may require that you pay a re-inspection fee not to exceed the initial GreatCare® Audit fee and reimburse us or our designee the travel-related expenses for such re-inspection.

According to Caring Senior Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the GreatCare® Audit is an internal inspection process designed to ensure that franchised businesses operate according to Caring Senior Service's standards and specifications. System franchise business owners receive specific training to conduct these audits at other franchise locations.
The audit typically takes up to three days, after which the auditor submits a completed audit form with suggested corrections for review and approval. Franchisees then have 30 days to implement these corrections and provide proof of completion.
If Caring Senior Service requires a re-inspection to verify the corrections, the franchisee may have to pay a re-inspection fee, which cannot exceed the initial GreatCare® Audit fee of $500, and reimburse travel-related expenses. Franchisees are required to successfully complete a GreatCare® Audit at least once every 24 months.
