What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Caring Senior Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company approves suppliers and distributors of products, materials, and supplies used in the operation of a franchise to meet specific standards and requirements. These standards encompass product quality, prices, consistency, reliability, financial capability, labor relations, and client relations. Caring Senior Service may approve a single supplier for any product and may approve a supplier only as to certain products.
This system of approved suppliers ensures uniformity and quality control across all Caring Senior Service franchises. By adhering to these standards, Caring Senior Service aims to protect, maintain, and foster its reputation, goodwill, and public acceptance. The specific details regarding these standards and specifications are outlined in the Confidential Operations Manual, which is incorporated into the Franchise Agreement.
For a prospective franchisee, this means they must purchase all products, materials, and supplies exclusively from Caring Senior Service-approved distributors and suppliers. While this limits a franchisee's choice of vendors, it is intended to ensure consistent quality and service across the Caring Senior Service system. Franchisees should carefully review the list of approved suppliers and the standards required to understand the implications for their business operations and costs.
