-(f) adhere to our minimum quality standards and specifications for all facets of the "Caring Senior Service" franchise, including equipment, signage, layout design, décor, fixtures, inventory supplies, advertising and sales promotion materials and other products or materials used in the operation of a Business.
Such standards and specifications have been established by us for uniformity, quality control and to protect, maintain and foster our reputation, goodwill and public acceptance.
All such information regarding standards and specifications is contained in the Confidential Operations Manual.
The Confidential Operations Manual is incorporated in this Agreement by reference and you agree to comply with all provisions therein.
All such standards and specifications may be modified at any time by us.
We will provide you with a list of and specifications for the equipment and fixtures which are consistent with the standard Business.
We will provide you with a list of recommended or required fixtures and equipment and the approved suppliers thereof, which list may be modified by us from time to time.
We shall also provide you with lists and specifications of approved promotional materials, supplies, and other inventory items needed in the daily operation of Businesses.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Caring Senior Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Caring Senior Service will provide franchisees with a list of specifications for equipment and fixtures consistent with the standard business. They will also provide a list of recommended or required fixtures and equipment, including approved suppliers. These lists can be modified by Caring Senior Service from time to time.
Caring Senior Service also maintains minimum quality standards and specifications for all facets of the franchise, including equipment, signage, layout design, decor, fixtures, inventory supplies, advertising and sales promotion materials, and other products or materials used in the operation of the business. These standards and specifications are established for uniformity, quality control, and to protect the brand's reputation.
All signs displayed at the business premises must be approved by Caring Senior Service and purchased from approved suppliers. Franchisees are responsible for the installation and maintenance costs of these signs. Upon termination of the franchise agreement, the signs become the property of Caring Senior Service and must be removed and delivered according to their directions.
Franchisees are required to adhere to Caring Senior Service's standards and specifications, which are detailed in the Confidential Operations Manual. Franchisees must also maintain the business premises and equipment in good condition and repair, replacing any obsolete or depreciated items with items that meet the current standards and specifications. Caring Senior Service reserves the right to change the design and other aspects of the business, and franchisees must comply with these changes at their own expense, although major remodeling will not be required more often than once every five years.
