According to the 2025 Caring Senior Service Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise system encompasses programs designed to support various aspects of the business. These include programs for personnel management, sales promotion, and advertising. Additionally, the system provides programs for franchisee training, business administration, and business operations methods. These programs are designed to provide franchisees with the tools and knowledge necessary to operate their Caring Senior Service business effectively.

The Caring Senior Service system also incorporates technology, systems, and processes, along with specific equipment, materials, and supplies. It outlines methods, uniform standards, specifications, and procedures for operations, as well as procedures for management control. These elements are subject to change, improvement, and further development by Caring Senior Service. Franchisees are required to operate their businesses in accordance with the standards and systems designated by Caring Senior Service, as outlined in the Franchise Agreement and Operations Manual.

Furthermore, Caring Senior Service offers a conversion program for existing in-home care businesses that wish to convert to a Caring Senior Service franchise. These conversion franchisees may be eligible for certain fee reductions as detailed in the Conversion Addendum. In certain cases, Caring Senior Service also offers development rights through a Development Addendum, allowing franchisees to purchase the right to develop additional franchise locations in agreed-upon territories. This addendum requires franchisees to enter into a franchise agreement for the chosen Development Territory and establish a Franchised Business in that Development Territory at least once every 15 months.
