Patents and Copyrights
There are no patents or registered copyrights material to the franchise. However, we claim copyright protection in the Manual, the design elements of our marks, our product packaging and advertising and promotional materials, and the content and design of our website and advertising materials (the "Copyrighted Works").
There is no presently effective determination of the U.S. Copyright Office (Library of Congress) or any court affecting our copyrights. There is no currently effective agreement that limits our right to use and/or license our copyrights. We have no obligation to protect any rights you have to use the copyrights. We have no actual knowledge of any infringements that could materially affect the ownership, use, or licensing of the copyrights. You may not use any of our Copyrighted Works on the Internet without our written permission. This includes display of the Copyrighted Works on commercial websites, gaming websites, and social networking websites (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, or X).

According to the 2025 Caring Senior Service Franchise Disclosure Document, Caring Senior Service does not have any patents or registered copyrights material to the franchise. However, Caring Senior Service claims copyright protection in its Manual, the design elements of its marks, its product packaging and advertising and promotional materials, and the content and design of its website and advertising materials, which are referred to as the "Copyrighted Works."
Caring Senior Service states that there is no presently effective determination of the U.S. Copyright Office (Library of Congress) or any court affecting its copyrights, and there is no currently effective agreement that limits its right to use and/or license its copyrights. Caring Senior Service is under no obligation to protect any rights a franchisee has to use the copyrights.
