What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Caring Senior Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, under certain conditions, Caring Senior Service may offer financing for a portion of the initial franchise fee. This financing can cover up to 50% of the total initial franchise fee that is due. This option is not available to all new franchisees, but rather to existing Caring Senior Service franchisees or employees of a Caring Senior Service business.

To qualify for this financing, franchisees must meet certain minimum standards, including achieving GreatCare® Master certification. Item 10 of the FDD provides additional information and details on the financing program. The initial franchise fee itself is $49,000, payable when the Franchise Agreement is signed.

It is important for prospective franchisees to carefully review Item 10 of the FDD and discuss the specific requirements and terms of the financing program with Caring Senior Service to determine eligibility and understand the obligations involved. This financing option can significantly lower the initial investment required to start a Caring Senior Service franchise for those who qualify.
