You must comply strictly with all standards, specifications, processes, procedures, requirements and instructions of ours, whether they now exist or are hereafter established from time to time regarding the operation of the Business.
Only signs or advertising media approved by us shall be displayed by you in or upon the Business Premises or elsewhere.
- (f) adhere to our minimum quality standards and specifications for all facets of the "Caring Senior Service" franchise, including equipment, signage, layout design, décor, fixtures, inventory supplies, advertising and sales promotion materials and other products or materials used in the operation of a Business.
Such standards and specifications have been established by us for uniformity, quality control and to protect, maintain and foster our reputation, goodwill and public acceptance.
All such information regarding standards and specifications is contained in the Confidential Operations Manual.
The Confidential Operations Manual is incorporated in this Agreement by reference and you agree to comply with all provisions therein.
All such standards and specifications may be modified at any time by us.
We will provide you with a list of and specifications for the equipment and fixtures which are consistent with the standard Business.
We will provide you with a list of recommended or required fixtures and equipment and the approved suppliers thereof, which list may be modified by us from time to time.
We shall also provide you with lists and specifications of approved promotional materials, supplies, and other inventory items needed in the daily operation of Businesses.
You must purchase all products, materials and supplies only from distributors and other suppliers approved by us from time to time.
We reserve the right to change the design of "Caring Senior Service" Businesses, their format, color, trade dress, signage, commercial symbols, décor, products, services and all other aspects of "Caring Senior Service" Businesses and their operations at any time in our reasonable business judgment in order to meet competition, to attempt to enhance the business of "Caring Senior Service" Businesses, or to improve their appearance. If we make any of these changes, you agree to comply with such changes in the manner and within the time frames specified by us. We agree and affirm that none of these changes will require you to perform any major remodeling or redecoration of the Business more often than once every five (5) years. All changes made to your Business shall be at your sole cost and expense.

These lists may be modified by Caring Senior Service from time to time. Franchisees are required to purchase all products, materials, and supplies only from distributors and suppliers approved by Caring Senior Service, and Caring Senior Service may approve a single supplier for any product and may approve a supplier only as to certain products.
Caring Senior Service also reserves the right to change the design of Caring Senior Service Businesses, their format, color, trade dress, signage, commercial symbols, décor, products, services, and all other aspects of Caring Senior Service Businesses and their operations at any time in their reasonable business judgment. Franchisees agree to comply with such changes in the manner and within the time frames specified by Caring Senior Service, but Caring Senior Service affirms that these changes will not require major remodeling or redecoration of the Business more often than once every five years. All changes made to the franchisee's Business are at the franchisee's sole cost and expense.
