Where will the list of approved suppliers for Caring Senior Service be provided?

According to Caring Senior Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the list of approved suppliers will be provided in the Operations Manual and other resources and manuals designated for use with the System. This list is subject to change during the term of the Franchise Agreement.

This means that as a franchisee, you will need to consult the Caring Senior Service Operations Manual and other designated resources to determine which suppliers are approved for the various services, products, materials, and supplies required to operate your franchise. It is important to regularly check for updates to the list of approved suppliers, as Caring Senior Service may change the list during the term of your Franchise Agreement.

Caring Senior Service maintains standards and specifications for various services, products, materials, and supplies sold at or used in the operation of Franchised Businesses. Franchisees must operate their Franchised Business according to these standards, which may include the types, models and brands of required fixtures, furnishings, equipment, signs, materials and supplies to be used in operating the Franchised Business, required or authorized equipment, products and services offered to clients and product categories and designated or approved suppliers of these items. If a franchisee wants to use any product, material, or service that does not comply with Caring Senior Service's standards or is to be purchased from a supplier that has not yet been approved, the franchisee must submit a written request for approval and obtain Caring Senior Service's approval before purchasing from the supplier. Caring Senior Service will notify the franchisee of its decision within a reasonable time (within 30 days).

Caring Senior Service reserves the right to earn revenue from approved suppliers in the form of rebates, commissions, or other compensation based on purchases by Caring Senior Service Businesses in the System. During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, Caring Senior Service's total revenue was $3,592,410, of which 36% or $1,297,770 was the result of franchisee purchases and leases from them.
