What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Caring Senior Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must purchase all advertising signs from suppliers approved by Caring Senior Service. The FDD stipulates that only signs or advertising media approved by Caring Senior Service can be displayed at the business premises or elsewhere.
This requirement ensures uniformity and quality control across all Caring Senior Service franchise locations, protecting the brand's reputation and public image. Caring Senior Service retains the authority to modify the list of approved suppliers from time to time.
Prospective franchisees should be aware that they cannot source signs independently and must adhere to the approved supplier list provided by Caring Senior Service. This may impact costs and potentially limit design choices, but it is intended to maintain brand consistency. Franchisees are responsible for the costs of installing and maintaining these signs.
