What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Caring Senior Service Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must implement the franchisor's marketing and sales program after training. They are also required to conduct a grand opening event to promote their franchise within six months of opening. The estimated initial investment for marketing and the grand opening event ranges from $6,500 to $7,500, which covers the purchase of marketing collateral and food necessary for compliance with the marketing program.
The FDD specifies that the low end of the estimated initial investment assumes a minimum required expenditure of $5,000 for local marketing during the first six months of operation, in addition to $1,500 for the grand opening event. The higher end of the range accounts for franchisees who choose to spend more than the minimum on local marketing during the initial six months.
This means a prospective Caring Senior Service franchisee should be prepared to spend at least $6,500 on initial marketing and a grand opening event. They should also factor in potential additional costs if they plan to exceed the minimum marketing requirements. This initial marketing investment is a crucial part of launching the franchise and adhering to Caring Senior Service's standards for brand promotion and local market penetration.
