You may purchase some advertising materials from our approved suppliers, or you may have advertising and promotional materials developed for you. For any materials that we have not previously approved or that have not been approved within the immediately preceding 12 month period, you must submit these materials to us for our review. We will have 15 days after receipt of the proposed advertising and promotional materials to notify you whether they have been accepted. Unless we provide our specific approval of the proposed materials, they are deemed not approved. Any advertising materials you submit to us for our review will become our property, and we may use or distribute these materials in any manner we deem appropriate, without compensation to you. All advertising must be conducted in a professional manner, in accordance with the Operations Manual, and must conform to current legislation. We reserve the right to demand the withdrawal of any advertising material at any time. At our request, you must include certain language in your local advertising, our Website address, and our designated telephone number. We do not have the right to form or require the formation of an advertising fund or advertising cooperatives, and so we also cannot require that you contribute to an advertising fund or participate in an advertising cooperative.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Caring Senior Service Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees can purchase advertising materials from Caring Senior Service's approved suppliers or develop their own advertising and promotional materials. However, any materials that have not been previously approved or have not been approved within the last 12 months must be submitted to Caring Senior Service for review.
Caring Senior Service has 15 days to review the submitted materials and notify the franchisee of their acceptance. If specific approval is not provided, the materials are considered not approved. Any advertising materials submitted for review become the property of Caring Senior Service, and they may use or distribute these materials as they deem appropriate without compensating the franchisee.
All advertising must be conducted professionally, following the Operations Manual and current legislation. Caring Senior Service reserves the right to demand the withdrawal of any advertising material at any time and may require franchisees to include specific language, the Caring Senior Service website address, and their designated telephone number in local advertising. While Caring Senior Service does not have the right to form or require contributions to an advertising fund or cooperative, they do collect a Marketing Fee of 2% of Gross Billings for marketing and promotional activities.
