What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Caring Senior Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchised business involves a unique and proprietary method to manage and operate businesses providing non-medical assistance to the elderly and infirm at their homes or places of residence. This includes marketing, selling, and providing approved services and products within a defined territory, utilizing Caring Senior Service's system and proprietary marks.
For a prospective franchisee, this means operating a business focused on delivering non-medical care to seniors, such as assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and transportation. The franchisee is granted a license to use the Caring Senior Service system, which includes their trademarks and operational methods, within a specific territory. The franchisee is restricted to offering only the services and products approved by Caring Senior Service.
The FDD emphasizes that franchisees must adhere to operational standards, including employee and staff training aligned with the GreatCare® certification program. Franchisees are responsible for ensuring their business is properly equipped and stocked according to the Confidential Operations Manual and Caring Senior Service's directives. The franchisee must also operate in strict compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
