If a franchisee chooses to expand beyond the initial territory by signing a Development Addendum, they must also pay a Development Fee. The Development Fee ranges from $20,000 to $60,000 for one to three additional territories, also paid as a lump sum when signing the Development Addendum. These development fees are also non-refundable.
