Where can I find the Enkiscribe License and Service Agreement for Caring Senior Service?

Our affiliate, Enkiscribe, LLC ("Enkiscribe"), is a Texas limited liability company formed on January 16, 2024, and shares our business address. Enkiscribe is a service provider which offers to franchisees and other third parties, the use of its proprietary AI enabled software used for call management and client communication services.
We have no affiliates that offer franchises in any line of business, nor do we have any other affiliates that provide products or services to System franchisees. While we do not own or operate any businesses of the type described in this Disclosure Document, our affiliates do.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Caring Senior Service FDD, the Enkiscribe software is a required purchase for franchisees. Item 8 mentions that franchisees must purchase the Enkiscribe software. However, the FDD does not specify where the Enkiscribe License and Service Agreement can be found.
While the FDD mentions that a list of approved suppliers will be provided in the Operations Manual and other resources, it does not explicitly state that the Enkiscribe agreement is included there. The FDD also includes a Software License and Maintenance Agreement made between Caring Senior Service Franchise Partnership, L.P. and the franchisee, but it is unclear if this is the same as the Enkiscribe License and Service Agreement.
Therefore, a prospective Caring Senior Service franchisee should ask the franchisor directly about where to locate the Enkiscribe License and Service Agreement. Specifically, they should inquire whether it is included in the Operations Manual, provided separately, or if the Software License and Maintenance Agreement mentioned in Item 23 covers the terms of the Enkiscribe software usage.
