What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Caring Senior Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Caring Senior Service may provide franchisees with forms and documentation that the franchisee can adapt for use in their franchised business. These forms may relate to employment, client matters, or other issues that Caring Senior Service deems advisable. However, Caring Senior Service does not guarantee the enforceability of these forms or that they meet the legal requirements of the franchisee's jurisdiction.
It is the franchisee's responsibility to modify the forms to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their operating area. The franchisee must also ensure that no form used in their business violates any applicable law. Caring Senior Service requires franchisees to have all forms reviewed by their legal counsel and revised to conform to applicable law.
Furthermore, franchisees must submit all revised forms to Caring Senior Service as soon as practicable. This process ensures that while Caring Senior Service offers support through providing forms, the franchisee bears the ultimate responsibility for legal compliance and must actively manage this aspect of their business operations.
