What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Caring Senior Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, 'Required Software' is defined as computer software programs and accounting system software that the franchisee must use in connection with the Computer System, which the franchisee must install.
This means that as a Caring Senior Service franchisee, you will be obligated to use specific software programs designated by the franchisor for your computer systems. This includes not only general computer software but also accounting system software. The franchisee is responsible for the installation of this software.
Caring Senior Service also has the right to require updates, supplements, modifications, or enhancements to the Required Software, which the franchisee must also install. Furthermore, the franchisee must make upgrades and changes to the computer system and required software as requested in writing by Caring Senior Service.
It is important for a prospective franchisee to understand that they must comply with all specifications issued by Caring Senior Service regarding the computer system and the required software. The franchisee must also provide Caring Senior Service with unimpeded access to their computer system and required software as requested.
