According to Caring Senior Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Caring Senior Service Franchise Partnership (CSSFP) will maintain the software used by franchisees and periodically provide upgrades and enhancements to the software. The software, called Tendio™, enables franchisees to manage the non-medical operations, scheduling, and billing aspects of their business.

Franchisees are required to pay a monthly technology fee for the use of the Tendio™ system, with the amount communicated in writing from time to time.
