What will CSSFP periodically provide to the Caring Senior Service franchisee regarding the SOFTWARE?

According to Caring Senior Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Caring Senior Service Franchise Partnership (CSSFP) will maintain the software used by franchisees and periodically provide upgrades and enhancements to the software. The software, called Tendio™, enables franchisees to manage the non-medical operations, scheduling, and billing aspects of their business.

Franchisees are required to pay a monthly technology fee for the use of the Tendio™ system, with the amount communicated in writing from time to time. Franchisees are responsible for restricting access to the software to authorized users and ensuring that employees are aware of their confidentiality obligations to protect Caring Senior Service's interests in the software.

The agreement for the software has an initial term of one year, which automatically renews for additional one-year terms unless either party provides a 90-day written notice of non-renewal. Upon termination of the agreement, the franchisee loses all rights to use the software. The agreement also terminates automatically upon the termination, expiration, or non-renewal of the franchise agreement.
