What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Caring Senior Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the approval of a supplier may be based on various criteria. These criteria can include requirements related to the frequency of delivery, concentration of purchases, and standards of service, such as prompt attention to complaints. These conditions are subject to Caring Senior Service's ongoing evaluation of the supplier.

Caring Senior Service may also concentrate purchases with one or more suppliers to obtain lower prices or the best advertising support or services for any group of Businesses. Additionally, Caring Senior Service may take advantage of discounts offered by a supplier in connection with the acquisition of large quantities of products and resell said products to franchisees at a profit.

This means that franchisees must purchase products, materials, and supplies only from approved distributors and suppliers. Caring Senior Service retains the right to approve a single distributor or supplier for any product and may approve a supplier only for certain products. If a franchisee wishes to purchase unapproved items or from an unapproved supplier, they must submit a written request for approval to Caring Senior Service and obtain written approval.
