Pre-Opening Obligations: Before you open your Franchised Business, we will:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Caring Senior Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the pre-opening obligations, Caring Senior Service will consult with franchisees on the location of their Franchised Business. However, the location must be approved by Caring Senior Service. This consultation is referenced in Section 3.2 of the Franchise Agreement.
