What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Caring Senior Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for the expenses associated with promotionally displaying Caring Senior Service advertising signs. The franchisee must display these signs at their own expense within their business premises.

The specific nature, form, color, number, location, size, and content of these signs must align with the directions or written approval from Caring Senior Service. Furthermore, franchisees are required to purchase all signs from suppliers that Caring Senior Service has approved.

This requirement ensures that all Caring Senior Service locations maintain a consistent brand image and adhere to the franchisor's standards. The franchisee's responsibility for these costs is a standard practice in franchising, where franchisees typically bear the expenses of local advertising and promotional materials to promote their individual locations while adhering to the franchisor's brand guidelines.
