What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Caring Senior Service Franchise Disclosure Document, the document does not explicitly state how Caring Senior Service determines pricing requirements for franchisees. The provided excerpts focus on various aspects of the franchise agreement, such as territory rights, renewal terms, franchisee obligations, and the use of proprietary marks.

While the excerpts detail the franchisee's responsibilities and the franchisor's rights regarding service areas, compliance, and brand standards, they do not address the specifics of how Caring Senior Service establishes pricing guidelines or requirements. The FDD does mention the Approved Services and Products are the only services and products authorized to be offered and sold at or through the Business.

A prospective franchisee should directly inquire with Caring Senior Service about the methods and criteria used to determine pricing requirements. This information is crucial for understanding potential revenue, profitability, and competitiveness within their designated territory. Specifically, they should ask about mandatory pricing structures, recommended pricing strategies, and the flexibility franchisees have in setting prices.
