What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Caring Senior Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Caring Senior Service does not typically assign or discount franchisee notes to third parties. However, Caring Senior Service retains the right to assign or discount notes, contracts, or other instruments executed by franchisees to third parties in the future. This decision would be based on Caring Senior Service's discretion, should they determine it is advisable or in their best interest.

Outside of this potential future action, Caring Senior Service does not offer direct or indirect financing, nor do they guarantee any franchisee's note, lease, or obligation. However, Caring Senior Service may offer financing to existing franchisees or employees of a Caring Senior Service business for up to 50% of the initial franchise fee.

To qualify for this financing, franchisees may need to meet certain minimum standards, such as achieving GreatCare® Master certification. If financing is obtained through Caring Senior Service, the franchisee must execute a Promissory Note and its related Guaranty of Payment. The security required for this financing is the execution of the Guaranty of Payment by each of the franchisee's Owners.
