What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Care Plus Medical Ucc's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchised business must operate under the "Care Plus Medical UCC" service mark and logo, as well as any other trademarks, trade names, service marks, and commercial symbols that Care Plus Medical Ucc may authorize. These marks are collectively referred to as "the Marks."
This requirement ensures brand consistency across all Care Plus Medical Ucc franchise locations. By mandating the use of specific marks and logos, Care Plus Medical Ucc aims to create a unified brand image and customer experience. This is a common practice in franchising, as it helps to build brand recognition and trust among consumers.
Prospective franchisees should be aware that they are obligated to use the prescribed marks in their business operations. Any deviation from these standards could potentially lead to a breach of the franchise agreement. Franchisees should familiarize themselves with all authorized marks and usage guidelines provided by Care Plus Medical Ucc to ensure compliance.
