What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Care Plus Medical Ucc's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if the Principal Executive of the franchise does not directly supervise the business, the general manager must complete Care Plus Medical UCC's training program. This ensures that the person in charge of day-to-day operations is properly trained in the Care Plus Medical UCC system.
This requirement ensures that whether it's the owner or a hired manager, someone with adequate training is always overseeing the business. This helps maintain the quality and consistency of services provided at all Care Plus Medical Ucc locations.
Care Plus Medical Ucc also retains the right to mandate further training programs for the Principal Executive or any other employees at any time, in any format, and at any location they deem appropriate. The franchisee may be charged a reasonable fee for these additional training programs, and is responsible for all travel and living expenses if the training occurs at a location requiring travel.
