7.5 Personnel.
- (a) Management. The Business must at all times be under the on-site supervision of the Principal Executive or a general manager who has completed Care Plus Medical UCC's training program.
- (b) Service. Franchisee shall cause its personnel to render competent and courteous service to all customers and members of the public.
- (c) Appearance. Franchisee shall cause its personnel to comply with any dress attire, uniform, personal appearance and hygiene standards set forth in the Manual.
- (d) Qualifications. Care Plus Medical UCC may set minimum qualifications for categories of employees employed by Franchisee.
- (e) Sole Responsibility.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Care Plus Medical Ucc's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if the Principal Executive does not directly manage the business, the general manager must complete Care Plus Medical Ucc's training program. Care Plus Medical Ucc may also require the Principal Executive or any other employees to complete additional training programs at any time, in any format, and at any location determined by Care Plus Medical UCC. Care Plus Medical Ucc may charge a reasonable fee for these training programs. If travel is required for these training programs, the franchisee is responsible for all travel, living, and other expenses.
This means that a Care Plus Medical Ucc franchisee must ensure their general manager is properly trained according to Care Plus Medical Ucc's standards. Furthermore, the franchisee should be prepared to cover any costs associated with ongoing training requirements for the general manager or other employees, as mandated by Care Plus Medical Ucc.
