According to Care Plus Medical Ucc's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program includes a total of 56 hours of classroom training. This training covers several key areas, including an introduction and opening (8 hours), build out, construction, permitting, and licensing (8 hours), technology and systems (4 hours), equipment, supplies, and vendors (8 hours), management and operations (24 hours), and marketing and promotions (4 hours).

In addition to classroom training, Care Plus Medical Ucc also provides 84 hours of on-the-job training. Both the classroom and on-the-job training can take place at Care Plus Medical Ucc's location in Carson, CA, or at the franchisee's location.

Prospective franchisees should note that they must attend training and may send up to four people to the training program without incurring a fee. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering the travel and living expenses for their employees or managers attending the training.
