- 7.6 Post-Opening Training. Care Plus Medical UCC may at any time require that the Principal Executive and/or any other employees complete training programs, in any format and in any location determined by Care Plus Medical UCC. Care Plus Medical UCC may charge a reasonable fee for any training programs. Care Plus Medical UCC may require Franchisee to provide training programs to its employees. If a training program is held at a location which requires travel by the Principal Executive or any other employee, then Franchisee shall pay all travel, living and other expenses.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Care Plus Medical UCC Franchise Disclosure Document, Care Plus Medical UCC specifies that the location of post-opening training programs will be determined by Care Plus Medical UCC. The document states that Care Plus Medical UCC may at any time require that the Principal Executive and/or any other employees complete training programs, in any format and in any location determined by Care Plus Medical UCC.
This means that as a franchisee, you and/or your employees may be required to attend additional training programs after the business opens. The training can be in any format, and the location will be determined by Care Plus Medical UCC.
Care Plus Medical UCC may charge a reasonable fee for any training programs. If a training program is held at a location which requires travel by the Principal Executive or any other employee, then the franchisee is responsible for all travel, living, and other expenses.
