What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Care Plus Medical Ucc's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Care Plus Medical Ucc retains the right to mandate that franchisees provide training programs to their employees. Specifically, Care Plus Medical Ucc has the discretion to require franchisees to implement training programs for their staff.

This requirement means that as a Care Plus Medical Ucc franchisee, you must be prepared to develop and deliver training to your employees as directed by Care Plus Medical Ucc. The FDD does not specify the content, frequency, or format of these training programs, leaving those details to Care Plus Medical Ucc's discretion.

This requirement could have financial implications for the franchisee, as they will bear the costs associated with developing, delivering, and administering these training programs. It is important to note that while Care Plus Medical Ucc may provide programs for the franchisee to conduct training of new employees, the franchisee is ultimately responsible for ensuring their employees receive the necessary training to meet Care Plus Medical Ucc's standards. Prospective franchisees should inquire about the typical scope and cost of these required training programs to fully understand the potential financial burden.
