This is done to ensure the location conforms to the current building design, exterior appearance, trade dress, signage, fixtures, furnishings, equipment, decor, color schemes, presentation of the brand's trademarks, and other System Standards. The goal is to maintain an image consistent with a new Care Plus Medical Ucc business.

A remodel will not be required during the first two or last two years of the franchise term, with the exception of remodels required for renewal or transfer of the franchise. Additionally, remodels will not be required more often than once every five years from the completion date of the previous remodel.
Prospective franchisees should be aware of the potential costs associated with remodeling, as these expenses are typically the responsibility of the franchisee. Understanding the System Standards and the potential for required remodels is crucial for long-term financial planning. Franchisees should communicate with Care Plus Medical Ucc to fully understand the scope and financial implications of any required remodel to ensure compliance and maintain the brand's image.
