- 5.1 Manual. Care Plus Medical UCC shall make its Manual available to Franchisee.
10.2 Reports.
(a) Financial Reports. Franchisee shall provide such periodic financial reports as Care Plus Medical UCC may require in the Manual or otherwise in writing, including:
11.1 Manual; Modification. The Manual, and any part of the Manual, may be in any form or media determined by Care Plus Medical UCC. Care Plus Medical UCC may supplement, revise, or modify the Manual, and Care Plus Medical UCC may change, add or delete System Standards at any time in its discretion. Care Plus Medical UCC may inform Franchisee thereof by any method that Care Plus Medical UCC deems appropriate (which need not qualify as "notice" under Section 18.9). In the event of any dispute as to the contents of the Manual, Care Plus Medical UCC's master copy will control.
7.1 Compliance with Manual and System Standards. Franchisee shall at all times and at its own expense comply with all mandatory obligations contained in the Manual and with all other System Standards.
(c) Appearance. Franchisee shall cause its personnel to comply with any dress attire, uniform, personal appearance and hygiene standards set forth in the Manual.
(d) Other Information. Franchisee shall submit to Care Plus Medical UCC such other financial statements, budgets, forecasts, reports, records, copies of contracts, documents related to litigation, tax returns, copies of governmental permits, and other documents and information related to the Business as specified in the Manual or that Care Plus Medical UCC may reasonably request.

According to Care Plus Medical Ucc's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Care Plus Medical Ucc will make its Manual available to the franchisee. The manual can be in any form or media determined by Care Plus Medical UCC. Care Plus Medical UCC also has the right to supplement, revise, or modify the manual and change, add, or delete System Standards at any time at its discretion. Care Plus Medical UCC can inform the franchisee of these changes by any method it deems appropriate. In the event of a dispute, Care Plus Medical UCC's master copy of the manual will control.
Care Plus Medical Ucc also requires franchisees to comply with all mandatory obligations outlined in the manual and all other System Standards at their own expense.
