According to Care Plus Medical UCC's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Principal Executive must complete the new franchisee training program to Care Plus Medical UCC's satisfaction at least four weeks before opening the business.
This pre-opening training is a crucial step for new franchisees, ensuring they are well-prepared to manage and operate their Care Plus Medical UCC business. The training covers essential aspects of the business model, operational procedures, and customer service standards. By requiring the Principal Executive to complete this training well in advance of the opening date, Care Plus Medical UCC aims to ensure that the franchisee has sufficient time to absorb the information and implement the necessary preparations.
Furthermore, before opening the business, the franchisee must meet several conditions, including compliance with the Franchise Agreement, obtaining all necessary governmental permits, ensuring the business adheres to System Standards, securing Care Plus Medical UCC's inspection and approval, hiring sufficient employees, and completing all required pre-opening training for officers and employees.
