What pre-opening plans and specifications will Care Plus Medical Ucc provide to the franchisee?

s Medical locations to Franchisee. Care Plus Medical UCC will review and advise Franchisee regarding potential locations submitted by Franchisee.
- (b) Pre-Opening Plans, Specifications, and Vendors. Within a reasonable period of time after the Effective Date, Care Plus Medical UCC shall provide Franchisee with (i) Care Plus Medical UCC's sample set of standard building plans and specifications and/or standard recommended floor plans; (ii) the applicable System Standards, (iii) other specifications as Care Plus Medical UCC deems appropriate (which may include specifications regarding inventory, supplies, materials, and other matters), and (iv) Care Plus Medical UCC's lists of Approved Vendors and/or Required Vendors.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Care Plus Medical Ucc's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor provides franchisees with several forms of pre-opening assistance. Within a reasonable time after the franchise agreement's effective date, Care Plus Medical Ucc will provide a sample set of standard building plans and specifications, standard recommended floor plans, and the applicable System Standards.
Care Plus Medical Ucc will also provide other specifications it deems appropriate, which may include details regarding inventory, supplies, materials, and other relevant matters. Additionally, franchisees will receive lists of Approved Vendors and/or Required Vendors to ensure compliance with the System's standards for sourcing necessary inputs.
Care Plus Medical Ucc also offers assistance in selecting a location by providing its criteria for Care Plus Medical locations and reviewing potential locations submitted by the franchisee. Furthermore, Care Plus Medical Ucc will advise the franchisee regarding the planning and execution of their market introduction plan. To further support the opening, Care Plus Medical Ucc will have a representative support the franchisee's business opening with one week of onsite opening training and assistance.
